Char Bliss is a hilarious typo. Love it. Anyway, of the ones you mentioned, that and the Strymon stick out. What do you want out of a reverb, though?

For the under-$300 option, the MXR Reverb is a great pedal. You might also find a used Digitech Polara in that price range.

The ambient plate reverb in the Helix is my favourite reverb ever. I do love my Helix but have noticed it doesn't handle fuzz very well in front of it. My deep blue delay clone is analogue dry through and it sounds great with a fuzz into it, so I'm contemplating switching to something else.

Ok please ignore this. I think I had my Eric Johnson critical listening ears on before I made this statement. At my band rehearsal last night I had my stomp in the loop and in front of my Marshall, it took fuzz just fine.

If I'm sitting in my music room using a loop Switcher to take it in and out of the circuit I can hear a slight difference in the sound with it in and out of the signal path but I'm starting to think it's a slight volume thing and not a change of tone. I'm going to play with the output level later and see if that changes things.

At gigging level with a drummer and bass player going there's no difference noticeable whatsoever.

The other problem I might have is I've had my stomp for 3 years now and youtube keeps showing me the new shiny stuff that's out and I probably subconsciously want something new.
