ThreeVerb - noisy?

Hey rockstars,
I built the ThreeVerb (FV-1) a few months ago and really enjoy it! Great options for 'verb. Lush. Full.

However I have noticed that it is a noisy pedal when it is engaged. White noise/hiss. Not over-the-top, but to the point that my sound tech noticed when we were doing some recording. It's mildly aggravating.
I have the pedal plugged into an isolated power supply (1Spot CS12). It is last in my pedal chain (or before my delays, still deciding on where I like it best). When I turn off the pedal, the signal is quiet.

Is that the nature of this beast or is there something I can do to fix it?

is the white noise constant regardless of what settings you are using? I have not built this one, but I think there may be some forum discussions about the noise level for this pedal.

I believe the noise is constant regardless of settings. I'll confirm this evening.
I tried to do a forum search to see if this was already dealt with. I came up short but welcome any link to a post already talking about this.
Thanks.

The ThreeVerbs I've made do add a little noise. I believe it's the nature of the beast based on the effects being applied.

I built one for a friend and don't recall there being an unusual amount of noise, but I don't have it on me to test anymore (he seems happy enough with it though).

Have you tried it with a Noise Gate type pedal, this is a wicked little pedal & cheap!
It's based on (clone) of the Decimator
I have One!!!

Yeah I’m a big fan of noise gates with the 4 cable method. Currently using a TC Sentry which does the trick. I built a Muzzle as well but if I do 4 cable with that and I feed it too much gain it rings unfortunately. Only as I push the gain.
