Trim pot for m800

I have seen a few different trimpots. Is this one from tayda sufficient for the m800?

If that's the correct value, yes. That trimpot will work. I prefer the 3362P style.

I will add that on the one I built, using the 3362P trimmers, it was hard to get a specific number, 4.5v for example. A gentle nudge would sent it way above or below. I had a the same experience in the past, and on another pedal recently, which made me think that the next pedal I do that needs biasing, I will look into a multi-turn trimmer. There are multi-turn trimmers available but I don’t know if there are any that would fit in the M800.

it doesn't really matter that much, you're not required to hit exactly 4.5000V

e.g. 4.517321V would be close enough.
as long the trimpot gets you in the required voltage range, you're all good.

if you insisted - a multi-turn trimmer should fit, probably just need to bend some legs.

Yea, I’ve always been able to get the job done (getting close enough) in the only 3-4 times I’ve biased a pedal, but I’m referring to going from something like 3.5 to 6 with just a super slight turn of the trimmer. Then again, would using a multi turn one create the opposite situation of having to turn and turn and turn…?
