Trumper pcb has 2 aditional caps that don't appear in the instructions

Greetings everyone
I have a little dilemma with a Trumpeter PCB I purchased in late 2021. I've built 2 of these guys in the past with no problems.I just got around to the 3rd build and noticed something strange about the pcb. It has 2 caps flanking the LED . 22n and 1n. These are not in any instructions that I know of. Can anybody here shed some light on this for me.

Looks like C2 and C6 separated from the the main row to give a little more space.
