There are links to prior art on 2nd order Sallen-Key LPF circuits and a few of those guys collaborated on my open source one.
There is a new pedal oriented design fork for this project, it's in final beta test phase but essentially ready to go. A PPCB version has been discussed and has a good likelihood of happening sooner than later.
This version has 4th order HPF and 2nd order for the LPF, which also has variable resonance:
For now it's a modular build with separate boards for HPF, Bass/Mids/Preamp, and variable resonance LPF. Board shares for the HPF and LPF are already up on OSHpark, using SMD opamps and 1206 (relatively large) resistors along with though-hole caps.
