Warm Audio Reverb mystery box?

Let me know how the HeadRoom headphones are. I am in need of new headphones, mine are about 15 years old and I have replaced the ear padding but the top pad is starting to fall apart and they don't sell replacements.
Alright, after testing them out for a bit, I'm actually surprised by them! They're quite light and comfortable. Definitely flat frequency response. Good for mixing and maybe less so for vibe/simple enjoyment.

I have been using Audio Technica ATH M40x headphones for mixing and ATH M50x for tracking for a long time. The HeadRoom headphones are definitely closer to the frequency response of the M40x, but are perhaps a bit more revealing?

I wouldn't call myself an audiophile, but I'm hearing detail, especially in the high end, that I don't hear nearly as obviously in my ATs that I've been using for a long time. I did not expect that to be the case. At first I was a little bit turned off by it, but I think it's just because it's not what I'm used to. They sound very good IMO.

I think I'm going to try to use them as my primary mixing headphones for a while and see what comes of it. For a free pair of headphones, definitely seems like they're worth keeping around!
