Weird Delegate Boneyard Issue

I've been using the delegate boneyard for a bit, and I have a weird issue. When I turn it off with the footswitch, after I turn it back on I get no sound. While it's on, if I remove power and plug it back in, it works again. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this weird issue?

Are you using a relay bypass or a 3PDT?

Was the issue present from the get-go, or did the pedal function normally and develop the fault?

Have you inspected all your solder joints for a cracks or cold joints?

I think I figured this out. When I pulled from my pedal chain and tested, I didn't have any issues, so I put it back (I have an isolated power supply) and used one of the jacks with a higher current (350 mA vs 150 mA), that seemed to do the trick.
