This is how I keep having left over parts which then leads me to ordering more pcbs which then leads me to realizing I'm short other parts so I order 5 just in case which then leads me back to more pcbs. And thus the cycle continues.

Unfathomable. I have to stop myself from buying more even when i have 10 on hand. They're like books, I have several dozen unread previously purchased books. I'm not sure that I'll read them all, but id like to have them in case i do, lol

Which one, the dual A100? It’s not.
I did get the Mercurial Chop Shop wired up during a meeting that I just had to be on and listening. Looking forward to checking it out later this evening.

So, my boost wasn’t boosting and it was just kinda pooting instead. Thought maybe I had a shirt somewhere, so I took it out, checked all the wires, reflowed everything and verified all the resistors and caps. ICs had correct voltage. What was going on in this simple little guy?
Welp, the very last thing I thought to do was look at my 200k resistor that I had to make from 20 100ks. Looks at a 100k from the bag and I had grabbed 2 100rs instead of 2 100ks.
Fixed that and it’s boosting like crazy. Now time to bias the Chop Shop and work on some graphics for the box.

My buddy bought a JHS legends of fuzz bender and it had a cold solder joint, resulting in not powering the effect. Couple minutes to pry it open and get it sorted. I'll try it out tomorrow before returning it to him

I was underwhelmed when I tried one. But I’ve never found a silicon tonebender I‘ve liked, so it’s not Josh’s fault. Actually, I really liked it! I went into it kind of neutral and I was presently surprised. I played it back to back with my way huge havalina, and that went right back on the shelfI was underwhelmed when I tried one.
