I like to do the onion smash burgers on the flat top, I think they call them Oklahoma Onion Burgers!

Yep ... Oklahoma burgers. If you want the full tornado alley vibe, add a side of some fried pickles and wash it down with a red beer while listening to some outlaw country on the jukebox.

I forget who brought up the abomination that is Altoona style pizza but I found this yesterday. For whatever reason, I'm super in to these weird minor league team alt logo hats. There's a series that feature "local delicacies" so the Altoona Pizza is now found on a hat.
