Yeah, for sure. I love this new brad I've been trying (Matiz) because they have these big fat guys. The brand I was eating before had lots of tiny fish. This is better looking than like eight little guys stacked up and falling all over, but still pretty ugly. Not as ugly as sardine burps, though

Catering event tonight at the restaurant. It’s a wedding reception… I just over cooked the fuck out of some gnocchi…they are basically mashed potatoes now. Had to instacart some new gnocchi to the restaurant on the fly… rough day in the kitchen. Sometimes things don’t go as planned

Edit: reception starts @7pm wish me luck…

Another edit: everything went off without a hitch after my initial fuck up. Keep yer head down and power through them hiccups.

I know how it goes when the shit that hits the fan is self flung.

Actually, I just remembered.... I used to work in a lock down children's behavioral health facility and I've seen actual shit hit an actual fan. Not self flung in this instance.

I froze two pizza balls last week and thawed them in the fridge overnight so I could make pizzas tonight. They turned out pretty good. One is your classic Margherita since that’s all the kids eat. The next has roasted peppers marinated with oil, garlic and parsley, black olives and smoked mozzarella. Fucking delicious.

Gnocchi arrived on time and the event went very well. All the guests were happy with their food.

Is that Duke's? I just ate some Duke's in a smash burger. I've spent so little time in the southern united states but they seem to eat VERY well down there. I like that you subbed a hyper specific regional mayo for another hyper specific regional mayo. Hellman's be damned!
