I seriously thought the UPS Driver wasn't coming today. Yesterday's note on the door said "Will try again next business day", but by 5:30 I thought maybe UPS meant "next week" and I gave up at 6pm — driver came by just after 6:30.
No packing list, so I'll have to check my notes to see what I ordered. Could have sworn I ordered diodes and I don't remember ordering resistors — but it's been more than a year since I ordered it, I simply can't recall.
As mentioned in a previous post somewhere, brokerage fees from UPS were just shy of $100.
I'll get a 10 or 15 % discount off my next order of $65 (or was it $75?) — I'll be sending a note about shipping to Canada whether I order from PH in future or not.
I'll see if I can find a copy of my order details tomorrow.
Glad my order was fulfilled finally, I see other people's orders arriving; PH is rebuilding and will hopefully redeem itself of any criticisms moving forward.
At least Cancer lost this round and Life won.

A story no one needs to hear but I bought a bunch of those rolls to do EVH type stuff for pedals. My little guy thought it would be more fun to throw them around (it was) but as a result they have dust and dog hair stuck to them making them unusable for anything but pcb packaging.

Funny. In what I guess was a marketing ploy to have more transistors than the last radio, often transistors were employed as diodes but still counted as transistors.
A bunch more Toshiba jobbies like the last one. This one still works(kinda, all stations are jumbled at the end of the dial) and has the full box and manual so I'll wait to see how the Toshibas work out before hacking at this one up

Christmas came a bit early. Very effectively doubles my usable workspace. And the storage is a monstrous plus. Now begins the transfer and re-org.
