That food processor was a hand me down and I only use it for pie dough and shredding potatoes for latkes and these scandinavian potato dumplings called klubb. I use the mortar and pestle that sits next to it 10x as often.
I'm definitely not cool enough for a vitamix. I just don't blend things enough to justify it. Smoothies are gross.
Sweet drinks in general are gross. I have a friend who obsessively uses hers for everything. Sometimes she'll have like 4 kinds of nutmilks in her fridge. She gets super annoyed when I take my coffee black.

They have a minimum order quantity of 2000. Good people.
If you need much smaller quantities, in either dual C10k or dual C100k, I put some small lots in my web store. I have way more than what I need.

I have kind of a different vision of implementing this build, so I might pick your brain at some point, but no true deviations from the circuit, I haven’t seen any build reports other than your initial build I know the Uberschall is a really niche amp and this is going to be expensive. It’s definitely going to take some time
