I dig it! I'm having to re-think my amp setup. It's super convenient having them so close so I can tweak them easily but it's also not so good with single coils which I favor. The Strats and Tele's seem manageable but P90's are really noisy unless I angle away.New shelf for my amps. I'm probably most excited about the fact that my vacuum fits under the bottom shelf![]()
My setup is not too different. When I'm recording I'm sitting maybe 1-1.5 m further from my amps compared to your setup. I still have to be somewhat mindful of where I'm pointing my guitar. I prefer recording DIs and then reamping for that reason. If I'm just jamming by myself I'll just stand in front of the amps and try to ignore the buzzingI dig it! I'm wondering if moving everything one shelf up would help. Unfortunately I think I may need to swap the amp shelf with the bookcase under the Les Pauls.

Hey knock it off Mike. I don't need to be looking at new pickupsAnother pickup day in the mailbox woohooo!
I got a couple of sets of these ToneHatch Strat pickups last year to try but never got around to installing since I had dialed my Strats in pretty well (or so I thought). Those sets wound up in the BBOP and I know @Guardians of the analog wound up with one set of them in his Strat and he likes them.
I decided to re-do my 50's Strat pickups and ordered a neck and middle from Adam. This is his "Vintage Class" pickups and I paired it with a Lollar 64 Bridge pickup. Man, I am really impressed with how good these sound. Out of all my pickup taste testing I've done over the years I always keep coming back to my Lollars. But I think these might be the first that are going to stay in the guitar. I may get a Tonehatch bridge pickup to have the whole set. The fact that they're so extremely affordable is almost secondary to how good they sound. I'll pull a demo together of these soon.
Really high quality builds and he uses all the good stuff (Formvar wire on this set, fiber bobbins, sand cast alnico 5 magnets, etc).
I don't know how he sells them for what he charges. Highly recommended Strat pickups!

Googlefu says chorus comes from the Greek word "khoros" which would have plurality "khoroi", but we have hardly any examples of the Greek plural "-oi" in English.Plural of chorus is simply "choruses", but I think it should be chori — especially when referring to pedals and not parts of songs.
