Fresh off my Photoshop drawing board . . . . . a Flock Harmonizing Fuzz.
Admittedly, it's a rip-off of the original Beetronics Swarm pedal.
I elected to go with a 1590J enclosure, (instead of the specified 1590BB), to get that stompswitch further down from the knobs.

I changed it up a little bit. I only put the white layer underneath the tan and yellow, so hopefully when the red is printed on the blue enclosure it'll look darker like so. I'll find out!

Hey all, new to the forum as of about a week ago. I got into pedal building early 2020 during the pandemic, then had to move in 2021. Finally settled, this summer I am going full steam ahead into a finishing a couple builds with artwork. For the MBP Florist I plan to etch a bare enclosure. The MBP SlowLoris (Turbo Time) is in a powder coated black enclosure, and I hope to use my local library's laser engraver to cut the graphics.

All-in-all, getting back into pedal building has really had me spending more time with Adobe Illustrator, which I find really fun.

I'm debating putting my name/logo in the design, something this thread has made me consider. Now to think that up...

Thanks! I hand-traced them from the Turbo Rat in Illustrator!

Tell me about it. My pedal designs suck (it's why you've never seen them) and I was a designer and illustrator for over 20 years...

There are a couple big aspects of pedal building that I feel like I'm missing out on. Learning Illustrator and doing rad UV prints is one. Learning Diptrace and designing/ fabbing boards is another.

If I'm being honest though, I just like assembling things, and I don't really want another huge set of computer-based tasks in my life right now.

I usually hand paint my builds, but I want to dip my toes into graphic design. Is there a decent free software out there? I see illustrator is only good for a week with the free trial.
