Add in some extra parts too, especially partially connected transistors and diodes that do nothing but puzzle people.

They can be, but on the bright side... only once.

So far I've only seen one pedal that was obscured in a way that caused a serious headache... most of them just require a little time and patience...

I won't say which pedal, or brand, or what method was used so no one gets any bright ideas.

Yes, this is definitely what's in the Holdsworth overdrive.

Looks like there might be a few component value differences, but no doubt that's what the boost portion is based on.

Apparently this is based on something called the "Fix My Duck Booster Pedal" ... because I mean, we knew it had to come from somewhere, right?
