What went wrong? I've ordered there when other places were out of stock on some things. Everything was good and each time it got to me like 2 days later. We talking bad service or shitty components?

I've only had positive experiences with them.

They are the papa johns of pedal parts they made mammoth look like they had their shit together I ordered enclosures years ago and they were gouged so deep they would never sand out, only things worse than the scratches was their customer service.

This was like 2018, even GGG had bare enclosures that were scratch free.
