I have to say this makes me just a little sad. I LOVE the interplay between the pickups on an SG so to remove the option of playing with the individual pickup sounds.... but it just proves different strokes for different folks.

I've been hardcore shopping for a good white SG for two months now. I check everywhere 20 times a day. Very good+ condition, non-custom shop models, rarely come up and go quick. I've missed out on two or three really good ones, either from price or they sold in four hours. Reverb has consistently only about 5% of SGs in white, most are custom shops or totally trashed or something that pisses you off.

Saw this late last night used on Guitar Center. Called them today and bought it. Youngstown, OH to Tacoma, WA. Listed as "excellent" condition. Crossin' my fingers on an aesthetically pleasing fretboard. I can't quite tell but the more consistent/darker woodgrain the better. This one looks good enough. Hopefully I can move on with my damn life now!

Well...... I got my new adjusted Gas bill (I'm on the even pay plan) and it's almost $300 a month. Thanks to covid and an abnormally long and cold winter AND a 40% efficient (or inefficient as the case may be) 140,000 btu fuel burning monster of a whole house heater that heats all 14 rooms when I only need the bedroom heated.

So, here's my NOT A SG, but for the price it could have been..... Should I cry??? lol...

Well...... I got my new adjusted Gas bill (I'm on the even pay plan) and it's almost $300 a month. Thanks to covid and an abnormally long and cold winter AND a 40% efficient (or inefficient as the case maybe) 140,000 btu fuel burning monster of a whole house heater that heats all 14 rooms when I only need the bedroom heated.

So, here's my NOT A SG, but for the price it could have been..... Should I cry??? lol...

Well you'll use it more, and it's a beautiful aged white finish, I like it!

It will get a LOT of use this winter! My arthritis goes freakin' crazy at temps under 74... To the point where my frozen shoulder starts hinting at coming back. Anything to keep from running that thirsty heater I have in the attic. It's so big it looks like I have the space shuttle stuck up there

However......this wouldn't be a whole lot more..... ummm.... I have an extra case, wonder if it'll fit.....?
