Can someone tell me what the circled numbers are? Are they just intending those junctions to meet and couldn't physically draw them together?

Yeah that’s a good question. I’m not sure why they would use different conventions for power. Where did you get this schematic?

It looks like that last schematic is the only one where they have 15V. Probably an oversight. Does the doc discuss rail voltage at all?

I didn't see anything.
I've been comparing to the madbean Trash Compactor that uses a similar chip and it has the charge pump so I assume it wants 15V
