This may be cheating. The puppy, Mei, is our son’s, and the black dog, Grady, is his girlfriend’s—but we’ve been dog sitting them several days a week. We’ve always gotten rescue dogs; this is our first “living with a puppy” experience. And, after our last dog died, it’s been a few years without paws in the house.

My cat (RIP) was a music fan, would sit around with me if I played guitar. I swear sometimes he had an affinity for some bands I like because whenever I listened to them, he'd chill by the speakers (he was a big Guided by Voices fan!).

My dog, he won't. He likes to sniff the strings but is bored if I start playing and leaves the room.

I need to get me an AllClad tank for my cats! ESP since AllClad factory is less than 10 minutes from me!

Took Ranger to the vet. He had a bad experience with one about 10 years ago and we always have to muzzle him unfortunately. He wouldn’t bite anyone, but he’s got a mean growl and we don’t take any chances.

He just turned 13 a couple weeks ago.
