What's in the mailbox? 📬 📦

Son of a...... Just took a cold shower. I did not expect it to HURT. Felt like someone ripped my scalp off....

This with the heat exchange flushing valve kit and California 10% sales tax  was $1035.45.

My old 50 gallon 30 year old Rheem bit the bullet and spewed water from the seams today.... I'll be heating water in a stock pot tomorrow and Thursday. My brother by another mother Danny is gonna be over here on Friday to help me install it.

So, the good news is this will save me $720 a year on the gas bill.... meaning that 18 months from now it will have paid for itself!!!

Just cracked open my tayda order. I meant to click on the SPST stomp switches….. I whiffed. Now I have $25 worth of on/off toggle switches. This is my biggest ordering error so far haha 😂.
I feel your pain! I have a bunch of different size 22uf caps cause every time I ordered them I got the wrong size!😂

There’s a bushing in the transfer case for my 82 chevy pickup. I think I ordered that thing 4 times before getting it correct. In my defense, a lot of the auto part websites are dead wrong on their correctly fitting parts for older vehicles.

I'm just getting all kinds of fun stuff in the mail.

Picked this up for a pretty good price off Reverb the other day. Feel free to let me know how much you hate it 😂

Dude!!!!!
I had a microverb-II that someone gave to me in the late 80s. The “large-1” setting on the microverb (I would expect the midi verb to have the same algorithm somewhere in it) was always my favorite hall reverb. Tried to duplicate it with any unit I’ve tried since (and almost always fall way short). They were killer sounding units for being the more “budget friendly” alternative to Lexicon etc.
nice find!!

It's the very most wonderful kind of sh*tty! Would never sale mine. 10-bit reverse reverb? please and thank you. The kicker with Alesis are the power adapters. Don't loose one. 16vac-ct? Wtf. will never find one

Yeah, this one came with the original power supply, luckily. 9Vac 830mA. The Alesis branded one would have run me about 1/4 of what I paid for this thing :ROFLMAO:

I only got to play with it for a little while last night, just randomly selecting different patches. I am surprised at how warm most of the effects were. I didn't think I'd go for the reverse reverb but I feel for it hard last night.

I was replacing the side automatic window assembly in my Durango, and couldn't figure out wtf was going on, then I noticed part of the assembly said L and the other part, which was stamped together, said R.

Returned it, ordered another from a different company. yup, same thing. Had to pay 5 times more for mopar, but at least the window works again.

I recently ordered three different sets of tuning machine bushings and they're all just a little bit wrong. Measure once, order thrice, drill the damn thing anyway 🤦‍♂️

Also, got two of these in to add to my 1984-1994 reverb machine collection. I only wanted one. Bid the opening bid on one on eBay for 100, then bought one for 100 shipped off reverb. Well, not a single one of the other 15 watchers on eBay bid. So now I own 2. It's okay.
These are sleepers. Everyone loves the spx90s ensemble patch but this one sounds better to my ears. Also, both have the remotes :)
