My "worst possible cover versions" thread turned out to be a lot of fun (and very, very painful) so figured I'd give this a go. The first three happen to be from the 70's, but there's good stuff from every era. Please share some gems! At very least I'll post some instrumentals you might enjoy. Here's a few to start.
Lô Borges - Toda Essa Água. Brazil, 1972. Eerie and beautiful.
Eddie Hazel - Lampoc Boogie. USA, 1977. Uses CSNY's Carry On as a platform for some unmistakably Hazel guitar gymnastics.
Özdemir Erdoğan - Uzun İnce Bir Yoldayım. Turkey, 1978. Nice interplay between instruments, moody and understated.
