In theory yes, but those budget copies of the switchcraft #11 jack tend to be pretty flimsy. I don’t personally find it to be worth the savings to cheap out on jacks and switches. From the same site, these lumberg jacks are the go-to for most builders, and they’re only around twice as much, but definitely a whole lot sturdier. I personally think it’s worth spending $3-4 more on each pedal to have a good footswitch and good jacks that will last.
I tend to use those jacks for applications where I don't swap cables all the time. They're good; jacks sit firm, no complaints. For pedals, which are basically on the other side of the spectrum, yeah... Lumberg.
Musikding delivers the pedalpcb as a kit and I have received the closed and open type with them. Open type sometimes a bit crowdy with the predrilled case.
While I am usually happy with non-brand jacks, I would NOT cheap out on your 9V DV connector. When those are not the perfect size, they are a massive PITA.

In my experience, the cheapest small diameter DC jacks are shit on Tayda, those are the only component I've really had any issues with. But I use the outies now because they make my life easier, and the cheap ones are fine for that (as the bigger diameter DC jacks were too on Tayda, from the limited amount I used those).
I use these in most of my builds. They are cheap, compact, and reliable. The ones you linked have a tendency to short out if they are tightened just a bit too much
