Vhs Led

Hi! I just finished a vhs pedal. It works fine but the reverb led always light even when effect is off. I check the board, no short circuit solder seems Ok. Any thought ?

The - leg is probably touching the case

Ground isn’t being cut to one side of the LED. Wiring issue or the leg is touching the enclosure as mentioned already.
