Mountainking Megalith (vero)

Im populating this mountainking megalith vero build and I noticed a small "+" on the board at K9. It looks like maybe it was an accident or something. but im not sure. here is the board. anybody know what this means?

That "+" is for the red LED, it's just on the right.
