Help with 5F1 PCB identification, please

Hi everyone,
I bought this PCB years ago. I love it and would like to buy another one.
Unfortunately I don't know anything about the manufacturer and where I bought it.
The google search for 5F1 and the number sequence was unsuccessful, as was the image search for the logo.
Can anyone help me, please?

Thanks, yes it's the same pcb but I'm sure he ordered it at the same manufacturer

If you like Aion, they do version 1 & version 2 of the Formula 5, your PCB is definately a Clone of the Formula 5!
