It powers on all works well but is has super low volume I need solutions.

We need to see some pictures. Each side of the board and offboard wiring, without that there is no way to possibly offer any help.

did you use 100k instead of 100r

There are 2 100r resistors on it and 1 100k

Values check out. Give your board a good scrub with some isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush, might have a little solder bridge somewhere we can’t quite see

Your board has a lot of flux on it. Take a real good look at all your connections for any stray solder or wire. For example, this got me the other day

Ok I cleaned the board with 99% iso and toothbrush then sprayed it clean with electronics cleaner. No change to volume everything is working just low volume.

As you can see no cold solder joints no bridging ect. Just super low output. there is output so I can hear everything working as it should but just very little output volume.

I do have the input and out ground soldered together in a y wire because there is only 2 ground points on the whole board. Maybe that's the problem?

Transistor pin orientation checked? Are ICs good, not fake?

I know this isn’t what it looks like, but still cannot unsee cracked IC here.

That isn't a transistor its an ic that looks like a transistor lol. All my ics are from tayda except fv-1 which was from the site pre soldered.

I also moved the ground no change. Maybe a bad potentiometer on the volume?

Checked schematic, if you turn mix down and turn volume all way up how is gain compared to bypassed signal?

I’ve had bad pots and incorrectly oriented voltage regulator pins

That has no affect on the volume either way bypass on ect. All it does is allow the amount of effect into the signal as it should.

What about the eeprom chip? did you get that from pedalpcb preprogrammed?.. My vote is ic's from tayda.. I havent bought ic's or transistors from there because of this reason..

The eeprom is also from here pre programed.but the 2 tlo72 chips are tayda and have used them with success in other builds, but surely it could be anything.
