    Glory hole enclosure coordinates

Thank you very much, it looks like they’ve already been figured out.

    Glory Hole Coordinates

Awesome! Would you happen to have those for the bootleg overdrive as well??

    Glory Hole Coordinates

Yes this drill designer is the reason I want the exact measurements, so I can plug them in.

    Glory Hole Coordinates

I would like to order a Tayda pre drilled enclosure for the Glory Hole Overdrive but need the "coordinates." This information is included with some of the projects and others not. Does anyone have that information?

    Frost drive hot charge pump.

Yes yes it did sorry I didn’t check back in. It turns out I somehow miss wired two connections on the foot switch. Don’t ask me how I did something so dumb. But as I sat looking at the circuit, I noticed it from my memory of wiring these. I reversed the two wires, it immediately worked and the...

    Frost drive hot charge pump.

I would like to start off by saying that I’ve built 10 of this exact design with zero issues of this nature. I finished this pedal last night. Sounded fantastic with no issues. Plugged in this evening only to get no sound but smell something burning and realized that something was wrong. I did...

    Solenoid Overdrive Capacitor question

I am about to build this particular circuit but notice the schematic calls for 3 capacitors which says "BP" yet clearly has the symbols for polarized caps. Which type is preferred? Can BP's be used and if so, would there be any advantage or disadvantages? thanks in advance.

    Old Kliche mini boards

Hello, I still have 2 of the first style Kliche mini boards. The ones made for 1/8th watt resistors. I’m my question is this; while I know the new version supposedly has a better layout, are these old versions worth even using? How much better are the new boards? Less noise perhaps? Since I...

    Grounding out on enclosure?

No because when I touch the power wire, it sputters back in for a few seconds and while that is happening, all controls work and sound great. Then it sputters out again.

    Grounding out on enclosure?

No metal jack. And like I said, the LED comes on.

    Grounding out on enclosure?

Hello I’m building probably my 10th Frost drive. I wired everything up as I always do but for some reason and light comes on but it seems to ground out. When I touch the power jack, it ( the guitar signal) sputters back on, only to sputter back out. At that point I replaced the entire DC jack...

    Mahayana Drive

I was sent one of these by mistake and decided to build. Holly wow!!! This thing sounds AMAZING! The zen drive is one pedal I haven’t tried. Of course I did it with all carbon composition resistors and substituted the 712 op amp for a OP275. I cannot imagine making this thing sound better. I’m a...

    Kliche mini wrong voltage

Well the diode was so burned that it melted the IC socket next to it. I replaced but kept the new diode raised because I wasn’t even sure if it was going to work and I didn’t want to further damage. I realize it looks slightly sloppy. I then decided to have a little fun and replaced the IC’s...

    Kliche mini wrong voltage

Caps look good but I only use 50v on these ( thankfully) and the z diode is toast. The IC socket looks like it went through a tough time for sure.

    Bad DC Jacks

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with these particular dc jacks. I already made a bunch of pedals and I find that almost half develop intermittent connections and if you wiggle them around, you can get issues. By contrast, the standard large battery connection type...

    Kliche mini wrong voltage

Hello, I built a Kliche mini for someone and as soon as they got it, they plugged into 12 v despite my repeated instructions NOT TO. I build him a new one and have the damaged one here. My question is: before I open it up, what am I looking at in terms of damage? What should I look for and...
