3PDT Order Switch Indicator LED?

Has anyone come up with a quick and dirty way to add an indicator LED to the 3PDT Order Switch? I was thinking it would be cool to have a bicolor LED indicating which of the sides was "first"

Use a 4pdt switch with the 3pdt board and use the 4th row of lugs to accomplish this.

What would be the easiest way to power the LED, though? The order switch just has the audio signals running through it.

That depends on if you're using a common anode or common cathode device.

EDIT: Betty's drawing below is for the bi-color two-pin LED that I hadn't considered. There are some options here and they will determine how you set it up. Below is probably the simplest.

Imagine the 3pdt board on the first 3 lug sets of a 4pdt, then do this to the outer unused set of lugs.

That's clever with the bidirectional LED, I've never seen it done like that.

So I finally got the 4PDT switch in - I presume that the LED connection can run off of either end like so (all of my bi-color LEDs are common anode)
