Behringer LmDrum

Tell me you're not thinking of tracing it?

Nah, that's going to be a computer in a box.

I have been considering putting together a little "pocket sequencer" sort of thing, just a simple little gadget for those spur of the moment jam sessions when you want something more than a metronome or click track... but nothing even remotely this complex.

Pair the LmDrum with the Wave they released a week or so ago? Maaaan.

As soon as I saw the Wave I thought "well all we need now is the LmDrum", and I must say, Behringer did not disappoint.

I have been following this for a couple years, but I didn't think they'd actually do it!

I use a sampled LinnDrum almost exclusively for the drums in my music, and I may or may not have a vintage LinnDrum poster hanging in my music room. Very tempting!

Like the Teenage Engineering Pocket Operators?

There is a build to convert a PO into a larger sized unit I have been eyeballing. I have 4 of them, 2 of them get the bulk of the use, it would be cool to have them in a larger format with a case.

That said, the current form factor is great when on a flight, although tend to get looks from other passengers. Bobbing my head along with the music as well as sketchy looking electrical device.
