I'd already looked back when I ran across chongmagic on reddit, didn't need to duplicate the fruitless effort solved by the waybackmachine

Here you go. Crazy the back plate says 2014. Almost 10 years old.

Man that helps so much, the kit came with 4PDT foot switches good to know I can use 3PDTs.
