Broken DS2 from Russia?

Yea, that's a DS-2. Sounds different than the DS1. As long as the board is in good shape you shouldn't have a problem fixing it. You'll need a good working knowledge of schematics and troubleshooting to get it up and running. Good luck!

ops right! A friend from high school used to own one. I think it wouldn’t be too challenging to fix.
 
I tend to look at eBay like I do a casino with better odds… the casino I know is going to take my $$$ eBay there is a chance I might actually walk away happy when it’s all said and done.
