Unbelievable!!!
We won again! I am still in shock. It was like the niners played better football most of the game(except for all the penalties) and then when it really mattered...Touchdown! Kansas City!
That was a good close Superbowl game!!!

I'm in the SF Bay area, rooting for the Niners. This was a nail biter. Hard to bet against Mahomes though. I knew when SF didn't close with a TD in the 4th quarter it was over.

That blitz by KC at the goalline in OT won the game.
JJ was <1 second away from posing for photos in the endzone.
 
Niners should have deferred after winning the OT coin toss. Seems like with these overtime rules you have advantage going second, cause you know if you can settle for a FG or not.

Conversely, I think you go for it on the if you're the 49ers. They HAD the play on 3rd but the OL was blown up. .8 seconds longer and Jennings was spiking the ball.
Kyle Shanahan should have pushed all his chips in and gone for it for the same reason he deferred. Especially with a 55% kicker. F the analytics because KC the last 4-6 games isn't the KC being fed into the system and Andy Reid is an equal and will score a TD.
No TD from there plays on the psyche of the exhausted defense as well.
whatever. Counting the days for college FB to return.

I was unbiased going in as I didn’t follow either team. Was impressed with McCaffrey most of all.

Then there was the Taylor-Kelce drinking game (guaranteed to cause alcohol poisoning in most humans)- take a drink every time the camera spotlights Kelce… chug whenever they spotlight Taylor. Personally I don’t care either way about her or the situation. Just thought the “drinking games” was one of the funnier things said from folks.

I was rooting for the lions to get to the Super Bowl too. They had a great season. Definitely cool seeing the wolverines win the college football championship.
 
Yeah, Dan, I was pulling for the Lions, too. After the Bengals didn't make the playoffs of course. I had two teenage Swifties and an adult Swiftie who never watch football rooting for the chiefs while I was hoping to see someone other than Mahomes and crew when.

49ERS had a tough break on injuries during the game. What got me was the two series of three and out where they passed all six plays. You have the best RB in the league and instead you rely on your passing game??? Bizarre. Can't leave time on the clock with Mahomes. I'm honestly surprised they didn't win it on the last drive of 4th quarter.

I do not go to the parades. It is near impossible to know if someone brings a gun or other weapon to a parade. They brought in 800 extra officers before to prepare and still...
