Can’t upload videos from iPhone

Hi, I’m just trying to upload a video from my iPhone onto the forum and I just keep getting an error all the time and that the file is too big! Any help how I can rectify this. It’s doing my head in!! Cheers.

Argh right! It’s massive. It’s only 45 seconds long but it’s something stupid like 300Mb.

You can upload it to one of the various file hosts (I'm out of touch, which ones are popular now?) and attach by pasting the URL into the message.
