SOLVED Chaos Machine build no dry signal

Just as the title says... everything with my build works except no dry signal. Have checked continuity of all the components from input through IC1.1 and IC1.2 out to IC2.2 as on the schematic and everything checks out fine, but still no dry signal. Filters both work fine, same with rate and frequency. Dry pot measures fine. Any suggestions welcome!

Are those pots protected from grounding out on the back of the PCB?
They are way above the PCB by deliberate intent and definitely not grounding. Trust me I have spent ages looking for simple mistakes (not that there might not still be one of course). I guess my next debugging session I should check Vref is getting to all the op-amps (already tried swapping op-amps and no change). Since the filters are working IC1.1 must be fine and the problem has to be somewhere between R5 and R7 which makes IC1.2, C3 and C4 the prime suspects as continuity checks all look good through that path.

A bit of debugging with an audio probe has shown that the 100nf C3 is dead... C3 is directly over a pot of course so couldn't get to the solder side but I've managed to get it out and check continuity from the pads is still ok, and can solder a replacement in on the component side of the board. I guess I must have toasted it while soldering it in. Strangely I have quite enjoyed debugging this build fault.

Did that fix the problem?
