Can I use a TC1044SCPA in place of the 7660SCPAZ?
S slowpogo Active member Jan 7, 2023 #2 Well, I guess I'll try it and report back. The 7660 is out of stock at Mouser and Digikey EDIT: I see now the 7660SCPA is available, but not the 7660SCPAZ specified in the build doc. Unsure of the difference, or whether it matters Last edited: Jan 7, 2023

giovanni Well-known member Jan 7, 2023 #3 I believe you can yes. There was a similar thread on the MadBean forum.
S slowpogo Active member Jan 7, 2023 #4 Thanks. I thought I recalled that these two and the LT1054 are interchangeable in many circuits, with some exceptions. Just wanted to check there wasn't a glaring exception with this board. I'll give it a go with the 1044

Robert Reverse Engineer Jan 7, 2023 #5 Yep, it'll work fine. I have a bunch of TC1044SCPA's on my bench that I typically use for prototypes unless the current requirement calls for LT1054.
