Circulator R23 Value

Building a Circulator and noticing that on both the parts list, schematic, and the PCB R23 is listed as 27k(lowercase k) compared to 27K in other points. Wonderong if the intended value is 27K or 2K7?

On my build I put 2 x 27k.
