Mesa Mark V foot switch...

Looks like a Carcosa...

The black BB2 in the lower right is a Humongous Fuzz (hands down my favorite pedal ever, it's a FZ2+++++). It COULD be a Humongous Distortion too (HM2/HM3/Thrash Master), they have the same layout but have orange knobs (generally).

Boss Tuner...

What is the other boss pedal? And the smaller black pedal with the green tape?

Edit: Small pedal with the green tape is a Earthquaker Acapulco Gold I think.

Acapulco Gold has top jacks too, so I don't think the small pedal is that, but I don't know what it is.
