Chuck D. Bones Circuit Wizard Apr 27, 2021 #5 That might work too. 2N1304, 06 & 08 are all fabb'ed by the same process and sorted by HFE. 2N1304 is the lowest HFE bucket, 2N1308 is the highest.

I’ll keep digging. Small Bear has the 1304’s, so I’ll save them as plan B...
