D3lay - Custom Eeprom

So I finished this pedal and played around at band practice with it. I love the tape delay and I can see using the modulated delay but the space option is useless for me. If I wanted to swap this chip out for a custom eeprom would that work even with the 8 algorithms loaded?

You'd only be able to access the first three algorithms on the EEPROM, but yes, it would work.

I have one with the tape, modulated, and regular digital algorithms. They are all great, usable algorithms, in my opinion.

That's what I'm thinking too.

Ideally I'd love to be able to find something that can get close to the Ice setting on the Strymon Timeline so I was thinking maybe or the pitch delay.
