SOLVED Dark Rift Delay - Grounding Issues

Can anyone see where the grounding issue is? Bypass and engaged don’t work and there’s continuity to ground. A second set of eyes would be appreciated.

Edit: I have a funny feeling it’s something on the underside of the board but will take a stab at that later. Dinner and movie night tonight
