SOLVED Depot Fuzz Helping

I recently built a Depot fuzz, but am having some issues. When I first built it the effect was almost discernible from my dry signal, I checked my values, resoldered everything (especially the transistors) and still the issue persisted. After reading about a wrong screen printed value on R11 I decided to swap the 1M out for a 47k resistor and it now has a nice little bit of breakup with all knobs maxed, but still nothing in the way it should be.

I did notice it asks for P2N2222A and I used PN2222A. When I looked it up I found they’re equivalents. But I thought it was worth noting

Here’s a link to an audio clip as well

Any advice is much appreciated, and let me know what other information I can provide. Thank you for reading this :)

R11 doesn’t have an impact on the TREBLE control. Do you mean a different resistor?
No, R11 was the only resistor I changed. I socketed it just in case and returned the 1M resistor. Then I socketed and swapped C3. I definitely prefer the 47nf to the 4.7nf. At this point the pedal sounds wonderful. Also the voice and treble knobs seem to act do more, and interact with each other.

Thank you so much for helping me get this bad boy going
