This is the last of my PedalPCB boards until my order comes in. This thing is pretty amazing. Can do most of what a traditional RAT does, and then so much more. I'm really enjoying the low gain tones of this. Hits extremely close to a Honey Bee overdrive.
C11 is 1.5u, as I ran out of 1.0u, and opted for 1N914 in D1. Didn't have any 1n34a, and the Schottky didn't sound great

Nice build. That 1.5uF cap will be fine. Diodes are a matter of personal preference. Where that 1N34A is placed, it's gonna make a big different which diode you use when SOFT is dialed down all the way. Once you turn SOFT up a bit, it won't matter much. I love Peter Rutter's designs.

Yeah, I tried a Schottky, and didn't like it's particular compression, so upped it to 1n914. It's open sounding enough for me. I've got a few more of his pcbs I still need to whip up (Triumvirate, Pinball, Focus), and if this has been any indication, I'm in for a treat.
