dung beetle troubleshooting

So I have a dung beetle that is not doing the thing... Finally figured out how to hook up an audio probe correctly thanks to you guys... Looking at the schematic I can find signal all the way to C4 and after that I cant find signal anywhere.. I was thinking maybe the tone pot was bad because I cannot find signal anywhere there... I desoldered the pot and measured the pot with multimeter and the pot is good throughout it's range.. so I'm stumped.. I ordered another board but wanted to give it one more shot before I chuck it in the "maybe later " pile..

Maybe check the continuity around the transistor and all there? But if you have nothing after C4, maybe try jumpering C4 to r13
