empty wah shell… ideas?

hey all

i came across an old crybaby wah shell in a box of junk and it got me thinking about non-wah uses. outside of a univibe style circuit has anyone repurposed a wah shell for an interesting circuit? seems some modulation circuits could be fun but size may be an issue (assuming i keep the circuit in the shell).

Dead End Fx has some wah shell projects. A vocalizer, a ring mod, and flanger I know for sure.
Edit: the flanger uses a Morley shell.

A simpler option:
2. Put in a delay and wire the Time control to the treadle.

i’ve yet to wander down the fv-1 path but that sounds like an interesting idea…. a lot of flexibility there as i could effectively have it be multi purpose
