I was testing out my Circulator that I finished today and was getting no wet signal at all. LED worked as expected, but clicking the footswitch, it was exactly the same as bypass, unless I flipped the PV toggle, which resulted in no signal at all. Took it apart, check, rechecked, reflowed, replaced ICs, nothing. What I did wrong was not testing out outside of the enclosure, because when I finally did, it worked. Looked closely at the enclosure and saw a raised gate mark in the casting. Just high enough to make contact with the legs on one of the pots. After grinding and reassembling, all is good. Just thought I'd add this to the list of possible issues to look for when things don't go right.
