i can't speak for PedalPCB, but in case you don't get a direct answer I'll say this one seems pretty unlikely. It is based on a DSP chip that is more advanced than the FV-1 (which all of the the digital projects here feature). I think I even read that the DSP chip itself is proprietary for EQD, and of course the source code is too. So it may be possible for PedalPCB to make a digital flanger with a similar feature set using the FV-1, but the sound processing capabilities would be different. Plus the FV-1 has a limited number of control inputs, so I'm not sure if the same feature set could be realized.
PedalPCB has definitely released some very impressive work-alikes (Rainbow Machine, Organizer, etc), and those originals use the FV-1. PedalPCB doesn't have their source code, but he was able to approximate it. I don't have much experience with flangers, but my guess it the sound might be harder to duplicate, especially using a different DSP platform.
