Finger problem

I have a tiny little cut on my left index finger exactly where I press when fretting.

It’s all dried out but refuses to completely heal. Hurts like absolute hell.

Been like this for at least two weeks.

Any home remedies?

Super glue or heavy applications of bag balm regularly

Elmer’s glue in the day time, Neosporin and a bandaid while you sleep. You gotta keep it moist…

Happens to me all the time -- especially in the winter time. Super glue is a quick fix. Vaseline and Neosporin is the long-term solution.

Not to get too graphic, but it turned out there was a tiny little infection way down under the callous. Lanced that bitch and well on the road to recovery.
