I am going to email him shortly. I expect that he will be fine with it as long as the recipients have the design files in their possession themselves. I am not trying to make money, just have a legit place to offload the extras I would end up with if I did an order for myself.

Worst case, I become an authorized seller for a time, but I really don't have a desire to go that route.

FWIW, the silkscreen layer specifies a 42TM018 ($5 at Mouser,) which is the same tx Brian specifies for the BoomBoom™.

EDIT: this is the most recent and version (v3) so I take that as the final vfe blessing for this part (much the same way Peter finally landed on the NSL opto for the Miniµ.)

It has full-size pots for all 6 pots (Is that a bad thing or a good thing?) and surface mount op-amp.

Initially, I'm disappointed by the full-size pots for all 6 but I don't know why. The mini pots are a Vfe standard that I enjoy. Just need a brain adjustment.

I ordered a small batch (10) of the Woodchippers. Since they're on the slowest shipping service available, I'll post a thread in the black market the Breakroom if anyone wants one of the ~8 extras.

Thanks for asking dude! Not gonna lie, I'm having a pretty rough time. Recovery is going to take a few months rather days or weeks. So, I'm pretty frustrated at times. But my attitude and outlook is very positive. Basically I just want to get back to work because it keeps me centered. I'm being looked after very well though so it will turn out fine.
 
The one thing that has scared me off of VFE builds is the extra board for switching, but I assume that's essential, as it also has the power filtering, etc.? I also prefer top-mounted jacks, so I'm not sure if that's going to be a headache.

Check the newest docs for the switching board, I got the impression that the v3 enables you to put the jacks wherever you want.

The SPS series appears to have top jacks. I also think top jacks are doable with extreme caution using the older boards if you do a 125b instead of 1590b
