Frequency counter question for BBD

My DVM will not measure high enough to help bias the Flintlock Flanger. I don’t want to buy another DVM, as I already have 3.

No idea on that but of kit but do you have an oscope?

I have an old tube based oscope. Unfortunately, it is not calibrated and cannot measure the low frequencies.

If others suggest something else, like an oscope, I am also game. I just don’t which ones are reliable and economical.

Short term fix, if your scope is two channel and can go over 2 meg and you have a function generator that can go over 2 meg, you could set it visually
