Tayda doesn't stock A25k (the treble) pots - B25k or A20k - yes.
Which is better to swap or do you really need the A25k?

Technically you could use an A50K dual pot (which Tayda does carry)... bend the second row of pins around and solder them to the first row.

Certainly not ideal, but I'd be tempted to do it if I had no other option.

interesting suggestion. for that application I would probably use the B25K pot to keep it simple even though it would change the feel of the sweep of the pot.

Or I could go with the "nature" (W20k) vs separate bass and treble.... not sure if thats better but isnt the original that way?

Also - opinions on the clipping pot? How subtle is it?
